Indiana State Child Labor Law Poster Has Been Updated

The Indiana Child Labor poster has been changed to reflect the number of hours sixteen and seventeen-year-olds can work.

This change asserts that sixteen-year-olds can only work 40 hours on non-school weeks, and only until 11p.m. on nights that are followed by a school day.  In addition to this change, seventeen-year-olds no longer have limited work hours on days not followed by a school day.

This is a mandatory change. The view or purchase your updated Indiana lab law poster, click HERE.

The effective date is: September 30, 2015
