New Hampshire has updated their Equal Pay Poster: Make sure you are labor law compliant
The New Hampshire Equal Pay poster has been released by the New Hampshire Department of Labor. New Hampshire employers are required to post the notice that informs employees that wage discrimination based on a person’s gender is prohibited in employment. The newly signed New Hampshire Paycheck Fairness Act eliminates loopholes, increases wage transparency and ensures workers have the resources to earn a fair and equal paycheck without fear of retaliation.
The effective date for this change is January 1, 2015, and it is mandatory for all businesses.
